Have you paid the membership fee? You cannot log in until you have paid the membership fee and your account is set up. At that time you will receive a username & password and will be able to access the member areas of the site, including the survey database. Passwords are case sensitive, so type it exactly as it appears in your welcome email. If you forget your password you can contact support to get a reminder.
