Sort through the email you receive each day and determine which sites are sending you the types of survey offers you are interested in. You are not required to participate in every offer. There will be advertisements sent out by some of the sites, so not every email you receive will be a survey. If you try to respond to every email it will be too time-consuming.
You can use the features of your email software to help organize your email. Most email services or software provide a way to automatically direct email to particular folders you have created. This is done by something called a "rule" or a "filter". It sounds complicated, but is actually pretty easy. Usually there is a form where you can specify a rule such as "If the from address contains 'Greenfield' move this message to my Survey folder."
Once you determine the companies that are sending you the best offers, you can begin to direct your emails to appropriate folders by using the rules or filters. That way you can give particular attention to the emails in that folder. You can also block addresses you don't want to receive mail from. If you are using Yahoo, click the link that says "Mail Options" and you will be able to access many of these features.
